Home Matters Caregiving is seeking Personal Care Assistants for in-home care in the Greater Boston West area. Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, meals, mobility, and providing companionship with dementia care support as needed.

We offer flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive 24/7 office team to assist you. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour for full- and part-time roles, with in-person work at clients' homes.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Medication reminders and documentation.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
• Assist with dementia care and specialized support for cognitive impairments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members.
