Job summary

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and follow care plans under supervision. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork to deliver safe, high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and assisting with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing.
• Support mobility and transfers with safety and comfort.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Observe and report changes to supervising nurse or healthcare team.
• Follow care plans and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities and required documentation.
• Foster a supportive environment for patients and families.
