Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care tasks
- Provide medication reminders and monitoring
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Offer companionship and social engagement
- Plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands
- Maintain clear communication with office staff
- Document care activities and observations
- Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
