Healing Hands Homecare Agency is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHAs). No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

HHAs will work under the supervision of healthcare professionals to provide essential personal care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a caring demeanor and a willingness to learn, with the ability to follow care plans and work well with a healthcare team.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting and assisting patients.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
• Support with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse or healthcare team.
• Follow care plans and adhere to established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and documentation.
