Job summary

PurposeCare is hiring for a home health/home care role focused on one-on-one patient care in clients' homes. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support families.

The role emphasizes reliability, compassion, and safe, independent work in home settings. Ideal candidates include those with active HHA/CNA certification or willingness to obtain it, plus a strong commitment to high-quality, respectful caregiving for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing and oral hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders.
• Document care and report changes to supervising nurse.
