Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) or CNAs to support patients in their homes. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients stay safe and comfortable during visits. Training and certification progress will be supported as needed.

The role emphasizes one-on-one care, reliability, and compassion, with opportunities for schedule flexibility and growth within PurposeCare’s expanding home health workforce.

Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to complete TB testing, background screening, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support medication self-administration through reminders (no independent med administration).
• Monitor and report patient condition to supervising nurse.
