Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurse Assistant Certification course completed required.
• Current listing on NC Nurse Aide Registry.
• Two years of experience in hospital, nursing home, or home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care activities as ordered on the Aide Plan of Care.
• Perform health-related tasks under supervision of RN/PT/OT/SLT.
• Document information on patient care records.
• Protect patient rights and safety.
• Contribute to program effectiveness.
• Organize and perform work efficiently.
• Maintain schedules to support agency performance.
