Job summary

Angelic Hands Of The Carolinas is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. You will follow a customized care plan, build trusting relationships, and maintain detailed care records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year prior professional experience.
• Driver’s license required; 10yr-Driving Record.
• SLED Background preferred.
• Clean drug test upon hire & random testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities in homes.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens and assisting with personal care.
• Maintain records of patient care and report observations to supervisor.
• Engage patients in conversations to keep them mentally alert.
• Assist with exercises or activities to promote well-being.
