Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide skilled personal care and ADLs to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will report to the RN.

Duties include direct patient care, household tasks, documentation, infection control, and adherence to care plans. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities
