Zusammenfassung

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist patients in their homes according to an established care plan. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and document care provided under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, safety checks, vital signs, and reporting changes. A CPR certification and Maxim competency completion are required; part-time schedule with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws when applicable.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care given.
• Current CPR certification as required by state regulation.
• Participation and completion of Maxim’s competency program and Maxim screening examinations.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients per plan of care including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Take and record vital signs when ordered (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• Assist with safe transfer and ambulation
• Provide exercise as per care plan
• Perform ROM and simple procedures as ordered
• Handle patient laundry and maintain safety using equipment properly
• Observe and document patient condition and report changes to nurse supervisor
