Job summary
BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn, MA is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care across multiple surrounding areas, including Lowell and nearby towns.
Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, offering companionship, and following individualized care plans while maintaining safety and dignity. We offer flexible hours, weekly pay, RN oversight, and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Home Health Aide Certificate.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiver/home care experience preferred.
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray.
- Licensed driver with insured, reliable vehicle.
- Able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to read, write, speak English.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
