Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn, MA is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) or Caregivers to provide compassionate, high‑quality in‑home care. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with meals and light housekeeping in Woburn, Concord, Lexington, and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay up to $21/hr, RN oversight, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Home Health Aide Certificate from an accredited program.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor health and report changes to supervisors.
• Follow care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility and transportation as needed.
