BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide high-quality in-home care. Flexible hours, competitive pay, and RN oversight define this opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Home Health Aide Certificate.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year caregiver/home care experience.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.
