BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Caregiver to provide compassionate in‑home care across Concord, Lexington, Waltham and surrounding areas. Join a supportive team that values care, reliability and client well‑being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Home Health Aide certificate from a reputable program.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle.
• Compassionate, dependable and committed to high-quality care.
• Prefer 1 year caregiver/home care experience.
• CPR certification and TB test or chest x-ray.
• Adhere to HIPAA and client confidentiality.
• English reading/writing/speaking and effective communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
• Follow care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and transportation as needed.
