The role offers flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), paid training, and opportunities to grow with specialized dementia care training; pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour and includes 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in home care or as a Personal Care Assistant
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver\'s license may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Medication reminders and documentation
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations or activities.
• Assist with dementia care, providing specialized support for individuals with cognitive impairments.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and family members regarding client needs and progress.
