Job summary

Valley Home Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Female Home Health Aide to support individuals in their homes. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, and help with mobility and light housekeeping to maintain safety and independence.

Experience in patient care is helpful but not required; the right attitude and responsibility are valued. Flexible schedules and weekly pay reflect our supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful, but not required.
• No certification required.
• Strong caregiving abilities including personal care, cooking, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to create a positive and respectful environment.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or behavior.
• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
