Job summary

At Home Hospice is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate personal care for clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support household tasks in a respectful, home-based setting.

CPR certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours, including independent work in various home environments.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• CPR certification is preferred or can be completed within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, reminders).
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment and respond promptly to client needs.
