Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to deliver quality in-home care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist. You will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and social engagement while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in good standing.
• Virginia Home Health Aide license.
• CPR certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assists with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engages residents in conversation, socialization and activities during care.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and obtains assistance as necessary.
• Observes changes in condition and reports to a licensed nurse.
• Completes incident/change of condition reports and documentation as requested.
• Prepares and serves meals and assists with eating.
• Makes beds, tidies rooms and empties garbage daily.
