CareRing Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist. The role requires a current CNA license, a Virginia Home Health Aide license, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience with the elderly in residential or long-term care is preferred. The successful candidate will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ conditions, document changes promptly, and support

Competenze

Current CNA license in good standing.
Virginia Home Health Aide license.
CPR certificate.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with elderly in residential or long-term care preferred.

Mansioni

Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility).
Engages residents in meaningful conversation and activities while providing personal care.
Responds promptly to resident needs and/or requests for care and seeks assistance as necessary.
Observes residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition and reports to a licensed nurse.
Completes incident reports, change of condition reports, and behavior tracking in a timely manner.
Prepares and serves meals and assists with eating (not including tube feeding).
Makes beds, empties garbage, and tidies rooms daily.
