Job summary

Herewith is seeking a Dialysis Care Partner to support a female client receiving in-home dialysis. You will operate and monitor the dialysis machine, ensure a safe home environment, and provide calm companionship.

The role requires at least 1 year of dialysis experience, familiarity withNxStage or similar home machines, and the ability to train for client-specific routines. Flexible scheduling applies, with steady hours and supportive clinical team oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience (home or clinic).
• Familiarity with NxStage or similar home dialysis systems.
• Open to at-home dialysis support and willing to complete training.
• Calm, steady, patient and able to work with a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dialysis treatment setup and monitoring.
• Keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Help the patient stay on schedule with treatment times.
• Provide light ADL support as needed.
• Monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse.
• Maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
