Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and a heart for care. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus. Competitive scheduling and sign-on/referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

Companionship and conversation to uplift clients
Personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming
Meal preparation and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping and laundry in clients' homes
Mobility support and safe transfers
Medication reminders and safety awareness
Errands and transportation as needed
Bi-lingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and conversation to uplift clients at home
Assist with personal care and daily activities
Prepare meals and assist feeding
Light housekeeping and laundry with attention to dignity
Support mobility and safe transfers
Remind about medications and safety procedures
Run errands and assist with appointments as needed
Follow individualized care plans and adapt tasks as required
