Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in their homes in the Denver area.

You will perform personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, and errands, while upholding dignity and safety. A bicultural or bilingual ability is a plus; reliable transportation and a valid ID required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation to uplift clients in their homes.
• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Mobility support including transfers and positioning.
• Medication reminders and safety protocol adherence.
• Errands and transportation to appointments.
• Other duties per care plans.
