Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care seeks compassionate caregivers to provide comprehensive in-home support, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and a patient-centered approach in clients' homes.

Applicants should be at least 18, possess basic education, reliable transportation, and a caring attitude. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, with direct deposit and ID verification required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation + valid insurance
• Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required
• Bi-Lingual a Plus

Responsibilities

• Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes
• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Meal prep & feeding assistance — offering both nourishment and encouragement
• Light housekeeping & laundry, with attention to dignity and cleanliness
• Mobility support including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Medication reminders and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Errands and appointment transportation (as needed and applicable)
• Additional duties based on individualized care plans
