Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join our growing Tennessee team. We provide in-home services to private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants, enabling clients to stay safe and independent at home.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay. Benefits begin after 60 days, and a 90-day evaluation supports growth as our company expands across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
