Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES recipients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and safety supervision.
• Companionship and daily routine support.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes.
