Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. You will work with private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We offer weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and opportunities for growth as our company expands. Full-time and part-time roles available across Tennessee with strong scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
