Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to provide personalized in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants, offering flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

We’re hiring for full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay, PTO after 30 days, and 90-business-day performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience preferred, with dependable and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication, ability to follow client care plans, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and helping with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
