Job summary

Credent Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Homemaker in Saint Cloud, MN to support individuals in their homes with light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, and transportation assistance.

You will collaborate with clinicians and case managers to ensure safe, hygienic living spaces and timely documentation of daily activities and needs, while maintaining patient-centered care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or related populations preferred.
• Compassionate, person-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Background check clearance.
• Able to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage laundry services: washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
• Monitor overall cleanliness and tidiness of the home.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards within the home.
• Assist with household activities: transportation, meals, shopping.
• Provide support with simple repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate and organize home-related tasks efficiently.
• Monitor home safety and address hazards.
• Maintain clear communication with individuals, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case managers.
• Document daily activities and incidents accurately.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulations.
• Participate in training and continuing education.
