Job summary

Credent Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Homemaker to support individuals at their homes in Saint Cloud, MN. The role focuses on ensuring comfort, safety, and daily living activities through comprehensive homemaking services.

You'll perform light housekeeping, manage laundry, assist with meals, errands, and transportation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care in a home setting. This contract–full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, or related populations preferred.
• Compassionate, person-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Ability to drive own vehicle.
• Background check clearance.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
• Monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the home.
• Assist in transportation planning, meal preparation, and shopping.
• Provide support with simple home repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate and organize home-related tasks to enhance living space.
• Document daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulations.
• Participate in training and continuing education opportunities.
