Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health concerns, or related populations preferred.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping).
• Manage laundry services (washing, drying, folding, putting away clothes).
• Monitor cleanliness and tidiness of the home environment.
• Assist with transportation, meal preparation, and shopping for groceries and supplies.
• Support simple home repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate home-related tasks to enhance living space functionality.
• Document daily activities and incidents timely and accurately.
• Communicate with individuals, families, and caregivers regarding needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and case managers to provide holistic care.
