Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist clients in their homes across Colorado. You’ll provide companionship, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, and medication reminders with dignity and respect.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma or GED preferred, reliable, punctual, and able to drive or arrange transportation with valid insurance. Prior care experience helps, but heart for care is essential; 2 forms of ID and direct deposit

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation + valid insurance.
• Prior care experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes.
• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Meal prep & feeding assistance—offering nourishment and encouragement.
• Light housekeeping & laundry, with attention to dignity and cleanliness.
• Mobility support including transfer assistance, positioning, and ROM exercises.
• Medication reminders and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Errands and appointment transportation (as needed).
• Additional duties based on individualized care plans.
