Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. We support private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs. Weekly pay and flexible full-time or part-time schedules help you balance your life while making a difference in clients' daily lives.

You will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Eligible applicants have 2+ years of caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
