Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. We provide in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES program participants.

We offer a range of schedules, including full-time and part-time roles, with weekly pay and benefits after certain milestones. Join us to work with clients across Tennessee and be part of a supportive team as we expand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
