Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee, and we’re looking for experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference in clients’ lives at home.

We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs. Weekly pay, full-time and part-time opportunities, and benefits begin after the first few weeks, with a 90-day performance review and insurance options after 60 days, with opportunities to grow as the company expands across Tennessee and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
