Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES program participants, offering flexible hours and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Must have caregiving experience, HS diploma or GED, and pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
