Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and we’re seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. Our caregivers support private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program beneficiaries, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay. Minimum requirements include 18+, HS diploma/GED, 2+ years of caregiving, dependable, compassionate, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required; dependable and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow client care plans.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and supervise clients in their home.
• Support mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the team.
