Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors in their own homes, helping them stay independent, safe, and engaged. You will follow individualized care plans and provide personal care, light housekeeping, mobility support, errands, and meals.

The role emphasizes companionship and emotional support, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities to grow in caregiving skills.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation is preferred; a personal vehicle helps but is not required.
• Ability to pass local background checks (CBI/CAPS).
• Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication, dependability, and a caring attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene support.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Support mobility and transfers, fall prevention.
• Help with shopping, errands, and medication pickups.
• Prepare simple meals and hydration reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
