Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with daily activities.
• Assist clients with ambulation, mobility, and appointments.
• Support personal care and daily routines.
• Assist with therapy exercises and light housekeeping as needed.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shops as required.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
