Job summary

CareDiem Home Care of Downers Grove seeks compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. If you love caring for others, you will be supported and appreciated.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and documenting care via the care app. Requirements include 1+ year experience, CNA/HHA preferred, and background checks. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility/transfers & fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
