Job summary

CareDiem Home Care of Downers Grove is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers to help clients live safely and independently at home. If you love caring for others, you will be supported and appreciated.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship, with use of a care app to clock in/out and document care. Preferences include CNA/HHA, but not required, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and safety supervision.
• Document care using the care app.
