Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Winfield, IL. We offer full-time, part-time or live-in shifts with a people-first culture and flexible hours.

Benefits include paid training, weekly pay, direct deposit, flexible scheduling, mileage/time travel between clients, PTO, health insurance available, and a referral bonus. A valid driver’s license and 1 year of home care experience are required.

Formación

• One year of home care experience required.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility at home or during outings.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with physical therapy and exercises as advised.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies and follow the care plan.
