Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in the Glen Ellyn area. Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to high-quality care.

We offer warm, respectful teamwork, paid training, and flexible schedules. Positions are available for full-time or part-time hours, with weekly pay and direct deposit. Mileage between clients is reimbursed and health insurance is available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience is preferred.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping tasks and dietary considerations.
• Must be respectful, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders as prescribed.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients in completing physical therapy or exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
