Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. You will provide non-medical support, medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, and help with light housekeeping.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication, and offer training and a supportive team. We offer paid training, weekly pay with direct deposit, flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, health insurance, and a referral bonus.

Formación

• Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with physical therapy and exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plan.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
