Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Glen Ellyn, IL. This in-person role offers Full-time/Part-time options, with training provided and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in clients’ daily lives.

Experience in home care and a valid driver’s license are required. The position supports non-medical home care across DuPage, Will, and Cook counties.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1 year is required.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
