Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Boulder, CO, seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. You will build trusted, meaningful connections, delivering personalized support that helps clients feel safe and respected in their own homes.

We offer competitive pay ($17–$19/hour) for full-time roles, flexible schedules, and ongoing training for growth. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and work eligibility; direct deposit is available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs
• Manage and administer medications as directed
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
