Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking kind, dependable caregivers to provide compassionate, personalized in-home support for aging adults in Colorado. You’ll be at the center of care, helping clients feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, preparing meals, managing medications, and providing companionship. A high school diploma or GED is expected, and prior caregiving is a plus but not required. Direct deposit enrollment offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
