Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair, teeth, nails, skin care, transfers, ambulation, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Assists with household tasks essential to client’s personal care and accompanies client to appointments or errands.
• Measures and records temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered.
• Prepares meals per client’s dietary preferences and feeds client if required.
• Maintains a clean, safe home environment and uses equipment properly.
