Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring caregivers to assist older adults across Summit County, Ohio. Care involves non-medical daily living support in clients’ homes, including bathing, dressing, meals and light housekeeping, with a focus on safety and companionship.

Compensation includes STNA $18/hour, HHA certificate or experience $16–18/hour, free training pathway $16/hour, and private-pay client rates up to $20/hour. 10% holiday premium, biweekly pay, W-2, and travel time paid.

Qualifications

• STNA (active or expired) eligible: $18/hour
• HHA certificate or experience: $16–18/hour
• No experience — free 32-hour training: $16/hour
• References to referrals and training pathways mentioned in pay structure

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to assist with daily living activities
• Bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, errands and companionship
• Ensure safety and dignity, communicate care progress to RN if needed
• No medical tasks or medications—caregiver duties only
