Job summary

Haven Home Care Inc. is hiring caregivers across Summit County, Ohio. You will visit clients in their homes to assist with daily living activities, including baths, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Roles vary by license and experience, with STNA up to $18/hour, HHA $16–$18/hour, and a $16/hour training pathway. Additional earnings through holidays and referrals are offered.

Qualifications

• STNA active or expired: pay $18/hour, 1–3 days to start.
• HHA certificate (30+ hours) or experience: $16–18/hour.
• Free training pathway: $16/hour.
• Referral paths: HHA $19/hour, STNA $20/hour with private pay client.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living: baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, companionship.
• Physical tasks; you are on your feet and help clients move.
• No medication administration or medical tasks; nurses handle that.
