Haven Home Care Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors across Summit County, Ohio. You will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, light housework, and companionship, in clients' homes.

Positions offer hourly pay from $16 to $20 depending on credential (STNA or HHA) and experience, with 10% holiday pay, direct deposit, and a W-2 structure. Training pathways and referrals can boost earnings, with paid drive time between clients.

Formación

• STNA license required; earnings up to $18/hour depending on role.
• HHA certificate or 1+ year experience with RN/LPN supervision; $16–$18/hour.
• Free online or in-person training pathway available at $16/hour.
• Private pay client referrals: HHA $19/hour, STNA $20/hour.

Responsabilidades

• Visit clients in their homes to assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with baths, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, errands, companionship.
• No medication administration or clinical tasks; nurses handle medical duties.
• Travel between clients; drive time paid, first/last client travel not paid.
